What does Air & Adorn provide?

Air & Adorn specialises in branded balloon installations and related visual features, including arches, columns, towers, garlands, backdrops, balloon walls, marquee letters and orb centrepieces. Furniture, tableware, linen, catering and full event management are not currently included. We can work alongside your venue team or appointed event suppliers where required.

How far in advance should we enquire?

Share the brief as soon as the date and venue are known, particularly for launches, conferences, Christmas events and installations requiring branding or coordinated removal. We will review the date and scope before confirming whether we can support the event.

Do you provide delivery, installation and removal?

Delivery, installation and post-event removal are assessed as part of the proposal. Requirements depend on the installation, venue access, set-up window and event schedule, and are coordinated with the venue once the scope is approved.

Can you work with an existing brand palette or artwork?

Yes. Approved colours, artwork, logos and campaign direction can inform the installation. Please include any useful brand guidance with your brief so the recommendation can be developed around it.

Can you install at hotels and conference venues?

Yes. Venue access, loading arrangements, set-up windows, guest circulation and removal requirements are considered before the proposal is finalised.

Is there a minimum project investment?

Corporate event styling projects require a minimum investment of €1,000 + VAT. Proposals are scoped individually according to the installation size, branding, venue access, installation time and removal requirements.

What happens if venue access times change?

Tell us as soon as possible. We will review the revised access window and explain any practical or cost implications before changes are confirmed.
