Privacy policy
This notice explains how Air & Adorn collects and uses personal data when you browse, shop or contact us. Last updated 19 August 2026.
Air & Adorn is a trading name of Tyche Digital Media Limited, CRO number 741635. Our business address is Glencap Commons North, Kilmacanogue, Co. Wicklow, A98 AY91. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact info@airandadorn.ie.
We collect the details needed to respond, confirm availability, fulfil an order and provide customer support. This can include your name, email address, delivery details, the product you are interested in and any message you choose to send.
Where you choose to opt in, we collect your email address to send occasional Air & Adorn news and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We use essential storage to keep the site functioning. We only load analytics and visitor-insight tools after you choose to accept them through the cookie banner.
We process enquiry, order and delivery data to take steps at your request and to perform a contract with you. We may also process information to comply with legal obligations and for legitimate interests such as keeping the site secure or dealing with customer queries. We use marketing and non-essential analytics only where you have given consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
We use carefully selected service providers to operate the store and deliver services, including ecommerce, payment, hosting, analytics and communications providers. If you accept optional analytics, we use Apollo’s website visitor tracker to help identify visiting companies and understand business interest in our services. Apollo states that its tracker identifies companies globally and people only in the United States. We share data only where needed for those purposes, and do not sell personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EEA; where this happens, we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
We generally keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for an order, a legal claim, or tax and accounting obligations. Marketing details are kept until you withdraw consent or we decide to refresh or remove an inactive list.
Subject to applicable law, you can ask for access to, correction of, erasure of, or restriction of your personal data; object to certain processing; request portability; and withdraw consent at any time. You can opt out of marketing by using the unsubscribe option in a message or by contacting us. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
Air & Adorn is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate authority.
We may update this notice when our processing changes or the law requires it. The latest version will always be available on this page.
