Orders, availability and payment

Product pages describe the bouquet, price and relevant delivery information. We may need to confirm availability or delivery details before accepting an order, particularly for a specific date, venue or made-to-order arrangement. The total price and any applicable delivery charge should be shown before you place an order. When ordering online, please review the full details before completing a payment.

Made-to-order and personalised bouquets

Some Air & Adorn bouquets are made to order or personalised. Please check names, dates, colour choices, delivery details and other information carefully before submitting an order. Subject to your statutory rights, the usual 14-day cancellation right may not apply to personalised or custom-made goods. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, not as described, or not supplied as agreed.

Delivery

Air & Adorn is a delivery-only service and does not currently offer collection or pickup. Delivery areas and lead times are set out on the delivery page and at checkout or order confirmation. We will use reasonable care to deliver on the agreed date or within the agreed window. Venue deliveries require a named contact and suitable access details. Please let us know promptly if delivery details change.

Changes, cancellations and consumer rights

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms. For online orders, cancellation rights and exceptions are explained on our delivery and returns page.

Care and product appearance

Balloon arrangements should be enjoyed indoors and handled with care. Their appearance and longevity can vary with temperature, sunlight, handling and display conditions. See the care guidance on each product page.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are responsible for supplying goods as agreed and for providing statutory remedies where goods do not conform with the contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Irish law. Consumers may have mandatory rights under the law of their country of residence where applicable.
